New Shiloh Coaches

The Shiloh Christian Athletic department has added two volunteer coaches to their staff. Volunteer Coach Scott Harris is the new head tennis coach and will be leading the 7th grade boy’s basketball program. Volunteer Coach Tommy Roy is our new head soccer coach. Also, Coach Hester is the new head basketball coach.

Volunteer Coach Harris has coached 3000 games in 20 different states and has won 3 national championships in AAU basketball. When he was asked how he likes the school, he responded, “I’m enjoying it.” He wants to make a difference this season and says he has a good group of kids to work with. One of Coach Harris’ goals for the upcoming season is putting together a strong off season program.

Although this is his first time coaching for a school, volunteer Coach Roy still has a lot of experience in coaching club soccer and AAO camps. When he is not coaching soccer he enjoys coaching American Legion Baseball. When asked what his thoughts were when he was selected for the job, he said that he is excited to coach young people. Lastly, volunteer Coach Roy is looking forward to the off season.

Coach Hester, as most of you know, is not a new coach, instead he has a new position as the head basketball coach. His previous position was the assistant basketball coach. His thoughts on the season are that the kids are working hard and that they should have a good season. Coach Hester is excited about his new position and ready to have a good season.
